Tribute videos are delivered in 1080p output via a digital download in order to maintain their full HD quality. DVD or BluRay can be Special Ordered. Keep in mind a DVD is not 1080p quality.

iMedia uses Vimeo.com to distribute our videos. Once the video is complete it will be made available via the following standards at no additional cost:

Once iMedia takes possession of your digital photographs we can have a finished video in 3 days*.

Step 1

Consult with the family on the concept of the video. Establish expectation of the feel and look of the video.

Step 2

Family provides input for any music in the video.

Step 3

Family provides digital images. If images are provided that require iMedia to scan into digital, these images may require an up-charge. Consider each image to be on screen for 4 seconds minimum. This will help you determinethe maximum number of images to use.

For example: If you want to keep the video to 10 minutes then the maximum number of photos should not exceed 150.

The Math

10 minutes x 60 seconds = 600 seconds

600 seconds divided by 4 = 150 photos

Step 4

iMedia will edit the images in a random or planned sequence with music selected by the family or music provided by iMedia.

Typically even a random sequence of photos will start with and end with photos selected for the beginning and the end by the family.

Step 5

Draft of video in 48 hours for family review.

Step 6

Completed video in 72 hours*

*the 72 hour deliver is subject to change depending on how quickly photos and music and/or feedback regarding the first draft video is provided by the family.
